HOLIDAY HOT CHOCOLATE BARK

Chocolate bark is a SO easy to make! It's the perfect snack, light dessert, and can be customized as a great gift idea!
In this "Hot Chocolate" inspired version, we combine mini marshmallows and dried strawberries with crisp coconut flakes, then pour melted dark chocolate overtop. We also added a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt for that unbeatable sweet-salty flavor that makes us always coming back for more!
INGREDIENTS

10 oz Dark Chocolate

1 cup Cocoa Powder

1 cup Coconut Oil

2 cups Mini Marshmallows

¼ cup Coconut Flakes

2 cups Freeze Dried Strawberries

⅛ tsp Sea Salt
DIRECTIONS

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Toast coconut flakes in oven until lightly golden, about 5 minutes.

In a double boiler, melt chocolate, cocoa & coconut oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly combined

Pour ¾ of melted chocolate evenly over parchment paper.

Place marshmallows in a bowl and heat in microwave for approx 30 sec.

Drizzle marshmallow overtop the sheet of chocolate, and top with toasted coconut, let cool slightly.

Drizzle remaining chocolate and dried strawberries overtop, and sprinkle sea salt sporadically.

Chill to set then break into pieces.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator & enjoy!
