A cramped late 1930s saloon with a modern NYC restauranteur makeover, Minetta Tavern has all the vibes of an exclusive members club, without technically being one. It's best described as a Parisian steakhouse meets classic New York City tavern, and definitely deserves the 1 Michelin star it has.
