Brooklyn-born hotspot run by husband & wife duo, Matt & Emily Hyland. Their menu of inventive dishes includes one of NYC's best burgers in addition to its all-star lineup of wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, rustic small plates, pastas & more. 

Unlike Emmy Squared which serves up thick, Detroit-style pizzas, Emily's thin-crusted pies include whimsical toppings like Sichuan-peppercorn oil, cheese curds, and pistachio. The limited-offering Emmy burger (25 per night) is draped in aged Grafton cheddar, caramelized onions, and gochujang aioli.
